By accessing or using AllInOneSMM ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you ("you," "User," "Reseller") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to every order placed. You are expected to review these Terms before each order — we may update them at any time without notice.

1. Service Description

AllInOneSMM is a wholesale social media marketing (SMM) platform that delivers engagement-related services — followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, shares, and similar metrics — across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, Telegram, Spotify, SoundCloud, and other social networks.

We operate as an intermediary between you and third-party providers. Unless specifically stated in a service description, engagement delivered through the Platform is automated or provider-sourced and may not represent authentic user interaction.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.


3. Account

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for:

  • The security and confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activity on your account, whether or not authorized by you
  • Keeping us promptly informed of any unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including for suspicious activity, policy violations, or at legal request.


4. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

4.1 Deposits are non-refundable

Funds deposited into your account balance are non-refundable. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed to your payment method. You must use your balance to place orders on the Platform.

4.2 Order refunds (as account credit only)

  • Orders that are not delivered due to a fault on our side are credited back to your account balance.
  • Orders marked complete by our system are considered delivered. If you dispute a completion, contact support within 7 days of completion.
  • Orders placed against private accounts, misspelled usernames, or wrong links are not eligible for refund or refill.
  • Orders without a refill period are not refillable, even in the event of a 100% drop. Choose services with a refill guarantee if continuity matters to you.

4.3 No delivery-time refunds

We provide estimated delivery times only. We do not guarantee any specific timeline. We will not refund or cancel orders already in progress because you feel delivery is taking too long.

4.4 Service substitution

If completing an order requires switching the underlying provider or service variant, we reserve the right to do so. Substitutions that preserve the ordered quantity are not grounds for refund.

4.5 Chargebacks and disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute against us constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If you initiate a chargeback:

  • All future orders are cancelled
  • Your account is permanently banned
  • We reserve the right to revoke any previously delivered engagement (e.g., remove followers/likes from associated accounts)
  • Any remaining account balance is forfeited

Contact support before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.

4.6 Fraudulent payments

Any fraudulent activity — including stolen cards, unauthorized transactions, or attempted payment circumvention — results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balance. We cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.


5. Delivery and Service Quality

5.1 Estimates, not guarantees

Delivery times shown on service pages are estimates based on recent performance. They are not contractual commitments. Server load, provider availability, and social media platform conditions may affect delivery.

5.2 Refill and retention

Services marked with a refill guarantee include replacement of drops within the specified window (typically 30 days). Refill does not extend indefinitely; services without refill are not covered.

5.3 Third-party dependencies

Our delivery depends on third-party SMM providers and on the target social media platforms themselves. Changes to platform algorithms, API access, or enforcement actions may affect service availability, speed, or retention. We are not liable for disruptions caused by such third-party changes.

5.4 No outcome guarantees

We do not promise that engagement delivered through our Platform will improve your social media standing, algorithmic reach, monetization eligibility, client results, sales, or any other business outcome.


6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Target content involving hate, violence, harassment, sexual exploitation, or illegal material
  • Target copyrighted or trademarked content without authorization
  • Promote scams, phishing, fraud, or deceptive schemes
  • Amplify political, electoral, terrorist, or misinformation content
  • Inflate engagement on regulated content (medical, financial, legal advice, investment schemes) in a manner that misleads consumers
  • Interfere with or attempt to breach the Platform's security
  • Resell the Platform in a manner that misrepresents its identity or fraudulently advertises the nature of the engagement

Violations result in immediate cancellation of pending orders, account suspension, and forfeiture of balance.


7. Social Media Platform Risk

You acknowledge and accept that the use of engagement services may violate the terms of service of the underlying social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, and others). You assume all risks, including:

  • Warnings, restrictions, shadow bans, or suspensions on your accounts
  • Removal of purchased engagement by platform enforcement
  • Loss of monetization, verification, or partner status
  • Drops in organic reach or algorithmic signals

AllInOneSMM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any social media platform. We are not responsible for consequences resulting from platform enforcement actions against you, your clients, or the target accounts.


8. API Access

If you use our API:

  • Keep your API key confidential; do not share it
  • Respect rate limits and documented usage patterns
  • Do not attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform
  • You remain responsible for all orders placed under your API key

API access may be revoked at any time for suspected abuse.


9. Reseller and Child Panel Use

You may resell our services to end customers, whether directly or through a child panel, subject to:

  • You are solely responsible for your customer relationships, including support, refunds, compliance, and dispute resolution
  • You may not represent our Platform or infrastructure as your own
  • You remain fully liable for all orders placed under your account, regardless of your customer's behavior
  • Violations committed by your customers may result in suspension of your account

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, logos, graphics, software, the AllInOneSMM brand, and API documentation — is the property of AllInOneSMM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. Copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering of any Platform component is prohibited without written permission.


11. Disclaimers

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

We make no representations about the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content on the Platform.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllInOneSMM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reputation, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These limits do not apply to damages arising from willful misconduct or where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllInOneSMM and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including social media platform policies
  • Claims brought by your end customers in the context of reselling

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Legal or regulatory requests

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends. In cases of material breach or fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect on posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
